Prairie Quest Consulting (PQC) is a professional services firm with a wealth of experience supporting clients’ health and medical support needs. Founded in 2004, they are a woman-owned small business, small disadvantaged business, and SBA's 2019 National 8(a) Graduate of the Year with a team of 200+ personnel over 24 states across the U.S. PQC is a cost-effective and customer-centric organization dedicated to working with customers to ensure they meet and exceed needs and expectations.

PQC is ISO 9001:2015-certified and works closely with the customer to define and understand their requirements, schedule and more. Over the past decade, PQC has developed and expanded their medical case management support capabilities. Their earliest case management contract supported the mission of the Indiana Army National Guard (INARNG) aspart of the Medical Readiness Pilot Program (MRPP), which aimed to increase the overall readiness of the INARNG to include the wellbeing of discharged soldiers. Over the course of the project, PQC developed a well-defined, collaborative effort and standardized treatment for soldiers returning or being deployed. Their program support grew by over 160% at one point based on superior performance. Since that project, PQC has continued to grow and provide health- and medical–focused services including nurse case management to clients at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) and medical referral case management for the U.S. Air Force. PQC has supported several contracts requiring nurse case manager support, patient administration, and Physical Evaluation Board Liaison Officer(PEBLO)/Medical Board Limited Duty (LIMDU) services at WRNMMC. PQC nurse case managers provided professional case management to meet individual and family comprehensive health needs. Additionally, their PEBLO specialists provided counsel and assistance to service members and their families processing through the Disability Evaluation System of their rights, benefits, privileges and obligations.

Since 2017, PQC has supported the U.S. Air Force Medical Service(AFMS) by providing Referral Management Services (RMS) to 35 MTFs across the western and northern regions of the United States, including in Alaska andHawaii.
